This is the fifty-seventh installment of West Wind, your daily drop of thoughts, ideas, and info for this Season. June is Accordion Awareness Month, so increase your awareness by listening to some of my favorite artists and soundtracks!

I talked about Battle Chef Brigade a while ago now, in the tenth issue of West Wind. Wow! It’s been a while. I talked about it’s awesome culinary gameplay, but I didn’t mention the accordions! The main town theme is quite well done, and there are other variations for each of the individual shops. Hmm… that reminds me of something else I’ll have to share on Monday….

Today IS an Ember Day! Hopefully the graces from fasting and abstaining will counteract the unluckiness of it also being Friday the 13th! What a combination.

In addition to it being “that day” again, it’s also Frontier Friday! Today’s Florabeast is a cute little ball of fluff that hates to be alone, and rewards its planter’s loyalty with… Well, you’ll just have to open this week’s seed packet and find out.

Halfway through June already, can you believe it? Halfway through the year, too! The days keep on rolling, no matter what you want to do about it.

I realized that a lot of my posts lately have been about video games, or music, or music from video games. Some of you might be wondering when I’m going to get to posts about writing, or narration, or something else. Thing is, I have a lot to say about a lot of things, so I want to know what it is that YOU want to know. The lifeblood of a newsletter is its readers, as they say, so dear reader, what do you want to read about? What kinds of content would make your day when you open this email?
